Finally a fully structured program that helps entrepreneurs to prepare their business so that it is "investor ready" then gives them a “warm” introduction and recommendation to trusted investors who have a strong interest in the industry,within which the company is focused.
The AIN / Rockstar Private Funding Program is a bespoke service that is designed for business owners at all different levels. From Start-ups to SME's, the program is broken down into 4 modules and depending where you are at with your business, will determine which module you would begin with.
Module 1:
Assess the viability of the business idea/model and the likelihood for funding
Provide a copy of the Rockstar Business Plan Guide
Outline exactly how to complete the Business Plan and content
Review of any current financial / sales forecasts
Review of what the full Financial Forecasts will contain
Set up of unique Financial Forecast Model
Module 2:
In depth preparation of Financial Forecast
Analysis of detailed marketplace data and competition
Assess funding requirement
Establish initial guide on valuation
Ensure Business Plan content and Financial Forecasts are aligned
Module 3:
Review of Business Plan, Financial Forecasts and Valuation
Modifications of all documents as required
Identify and focus on Unique Selling Points (USP)
Preparation of 1 page Executive Summary
Pitch training for both the 30-second pitch and 20-minute pitch
Module 4:
Fine tuning of both the 30-second pitch and 20-minute pitch
Live pitching to Jonathan Pfahl, MD of Rockstar with your dedicated Mentor
Feedback from Jonathan and your Mentor on the delivered pitch
Agree distribution of documents to potential investors
Introduction to potential investor
Attendance of a Rockstar Representative when you pitch to potential investors

If, after the first session, we truly do not believe your business is fundable, we will tell you so and save you from any further expense.
Your Mentor(s) will be an Entrepreneur experienced in both setting up and growing businesses and / or in raising finance.
Your Mentor(s) will accompany you to investor meetings and help you with your pitch. (This may incur additional fees).
No daunting "Dragon’s Den" type environment. All pitches will be with a “warm” introduction to our trusted investors, who will want to meet with you.
You will receive full Mentoring and guidance on your business plan and your pitch both before and after any meetings with investors take place.
You will be introduced to an investor(s) who shares the same passion for your industry.
The Program will save due diligence costs for both parties and greatly speed up the investment process.
